Ukázalo se, že rok 2008 byl ještě náročnější než rok 2007 - spojený s výraznými změnami, s častým cestováním, s pobytem v jiných regionech, s prací odlišného druhu.

Vstup do roku 2009 bude, doufám, obohacen jak získanými zkušenostmi, tak už zažitými ztrátami.

Nový rok začíná snad vždy reflexí roku starého - a rok 2007 byl hektický, přinesl hodně nejistot; byl náročný, a plnění nároků bylo někdy spojeno i s pocity únavy a bezvýchodnosti.

Ale při celkové reflexi zjišťujeme, že se nám podařilo mnoha povinnostem dostát, dokončit jeden ze tří týmových projektů, že únava byla upozorněním, abychom nepřepínali síly, a že za pocity bezvýchodnosti se objevovala východiska umožňující pokračovat v práci i v roce 2008.

In ever-increasing numbers, psychoanalysts today are focusing attention not just on patients' and their own verbal communications, but on the more subtle patient-analyst nonverbal interactions that occur throughout every analysis. The author listened to patients and herself and followed the many ways in which they react to each other. She came to realize that in mid-phase, when an interpretation is not heard as intended because of patient's transference, words - no matter how well they "explain" the analyzed theme - often have little therapeutic effect. As if no matter what the psychoanalysts says, it's the (counter)transference-laden messenger who is heard; and not the message. Words usually "work" again only after the patient's transference perception of the psychoanalyst has changed, that is, after his experience of the psychoanalyst has been modified by interactions within sessions that were dissonant with his expectations.
